I moved into Navartis after they merged with Project Resource in early 2021. Since moving into the new role I have had a great experience. The culture is one that offers their people great opportunities to learn, develop and progress their careers. The company is hugely successful and this is down to the commitment to helping their people develop their skills and knowledge. The people at Navartis are really friendly, helpful and have helped me settle into the business, which I really appreciate. The leadership team are also great and love to collaborate which is really exciting. Navartis really invest in their people and technology, which excites me hugely. The candidate/client experience they teach you is professional and tried and tested and gets good results.
