Think twice before joining their design team in India
Pros
The only best reason to work over here is they have worldwide presence and are loaded with work. I have worked with French Delegates in India and 90% of them were committed to the work. If you are good at your work than they are the ones who will not shy away from sharing work related knowledge.
Cons
I worked with Design Department and most of them were involved in micromanaging activities plus grabbing credit of other's work. This happens everywhere but the level over here created a toxic environment which hampered the culture and values. Do not even attempt to work as an outsourced employee as you will remain a ghostwriter for their employees. If you have risk taking ability plus knowledge then every attempt will be made to make a scapegoat out of you.
