      Pros

      The company has good organizational values and purpose/mission, trying to differentiate itself in the cosmetic sector. Natura has environmental consciousness in it businesses. Forward thinking.

      Cons

      Sometimes goals and strategy direction was not clear and it reflected in its actions and results. Re-do actions and repeat planning used to be common as a result of this constant strategy changing.
