Poor management. Ever since the acquisition by Emerson, the company has done multiple layoffs and has ruined the work environment.

They claim they have studies tuition, but HR never replies to the request. Just basic benefits that become overshadowed by the fact that this whole year has been the worst in terms of stability, constant workforce reductions has made this job extremely stressful. Also the pay is too low for the position.
