Slightly lower than average pay. Could've used more time off (but that's true of almost any job).

The salary and other compensations are ok when you start but after some years are quite below the market average.

I sometimes feel like expectations are a little unrealistic but I get that we're being stretched. NI is a little lagging when it comes to salary standards but they're making changes to improve the compensation levels.
