Pros

The good culture between individual contributors in the technical part of the organization.

Cons

Management has used the pandemic as an excuse to make a lot of local engineers and staff redundant, and rehire their positions in lower-cost countries all while proclaiming this was not a cost-saving measure. There is a lot of disingenuous sentiment coming from the top management regarding these changes.
