Pros

1. Software and hardware are integrated seamlessly 2. PXI/PXIe instruments are the best components of test system on the manufacture floor. 3. Pioneer in the implementing parallel testing in the industry

Cons

Most of the instruments are high ended and the price is high. It's better to develop more entry level instruments which could be used by more customer.

Pros

People are willing and very capable to get the job done. Lots of collective technical knowledge to increase your skills, people desire to help each other.

Cons

Disorganized in terms of processes. Performance review is lacking clarity and objectivity. It can be hard to maintain work-family balance, as the projects are generally understaffed.
