Pros

The people I work with day-to-day and direct managers were awesome! Until the original co-founder stepped down as CEO, everyone one from the CEO down used to be absolutely amazing! Depending on your perspective, a strong focus on DEIB since summer of 2020.

Cons

Since the original co-founder stepped down, the culture has gotten worse. Less and less morale overall, more focused on the customers than employees, annual layoffs (started only AFTER original co-founder stepped down as CEO), and reduced promotions and performance-based incentives. Depending on your perspective, a strong focus on DEIB since summer of 2020.
