Pros

Really good environment and space. Managers and team are cool. Never had to work overtime or too much.

Cons

Pay is average by industry standards, nothing too great. Managers and technical leads are often at odds. Bonuses often awarded to management at the expense of technical talent, while we're told company didn't do too well this year, so here's your pittance.

Pros

People are smart and friendly Used to pay well but not much in terms of rewards, bonuses etc

Cons

Management doesnt have clear goals. Some of the managers are downright horrible. They micromanage people. Not a lot of opportunity to grow. Not much in terms of salary hike, bonus etc
