Pros

I really love the people here, and the quality of the work. The conditions are also good, with great flexibility.

Cons

The work can get terribly dull, and I rarely ever feel like achieving something. I don't feel like I'm contributing and my job is over 90% just debugging and testing. I also don't feel like I'm learning anything valuable except inside business.

Pros

NI hires great people, and has beer parties during the intern season and Engineering week. Developing for test and measurement gives the opportunity to work with a number of technologies.

Cons

Not new to anybody reading the reviews, NI offers low pay in a low growth field. Super low profit sharing or bonuses.
