Pros

Coworkers are great lots of intelligent people to bounce ideas of and to learn from.

Cons

At most average salary while trying to hire top of the line people. Forced attrition and arbitrary layoffs if attrition is not fast enough, seems to be the way the new CEO tries to match stock market expectations. Expect your workload to grow while the best people leave.

Pros

Lots of good people, interesting products, projects and customers

Cons

Since founder (Dr T) retired has been going downhill fast. Wrong people put in positions of power in many projects, and bureaucracy and 'wall street logic' are bringing down good projects. Salary and titles are behind the rest of the industry.
