Pros

The campus is beautiful and the exception to the glass towers of other tech companies. Proximity to Domain is a plus for grabbing lunch or a coffee. Community outreach programs are still in place (for now at least).

Cons

Went from National Instruments where innovation and customer ruled, to NI where leadership changed to the hiring of outside 'experts' who then hire their friends for executive positions. Now that it is part of Emerson hoping that the VPs are finally held accountable for performance and they take the hits the rest of us have who are still here. The 'sisters' have destroyed the BUs but along with Rudy are laughing all the way to the bank as they talk about their next big plans.
