Pros

The company culture is great! Fun, intelligent, outgoing co-workers and understanding managers. The company is understanding when it comes to time off and does not limit use of cell phones or internet browsing.

Cons

Vacation time cannot be carried over from year to year. Salaries are far too low!! No one has private offices.. all cubicles.

Pros

Good projects for those straight out of school Laid-back atmosphere C-level management is very competent and personable

Cons

Pay compression for engineering roles Low pay "Favorites" receive disproportional priase/quicker promotions for equivalent work compared to others. This is probably present in all companies but is blatantly obvious at NI.
