Pros

- The pay is not as bad as other reviews indicate. You can do better elsewhere, but you can also do a lot worse. - The engineers are really smart. - The work is generally interesting.

Cons

- Senior leadership is running the company into the ground. They alienated the broad base while chasing big customers. It seemed to be working for a year or two, but it’s crashing down now. - Due to the aforementioned leadership, layoffs are always around the corner. - They were acquired be Emerson, which is an uninspiring company. - NI’s customers also aren’t very inspiring. Test is a boring industry, despite NI trying to convince you otherwise.
