Pros

Very stable, have yet to have a lay off, nice area to work in, typical promote from within instead of hiring from outside for upper management.

Cons

Little chance to move up, structure at times can cause ur work to not be seen as yours, feel like I hit a dead end.

Pros

They may not be the best payers around town, but they are decent, and the experience is invaluable. I would definitely recommend it to software engineers.

Cons

People use this as a stepping stone. Focus on retention.
