Pros

- Great IT systems to function independently as an AE - R&D counterparts are rather brilliant in technical competence - Documentation and technical articles are well presented online that befits a cutting edge technology firm - Apparently, customers i communicated with are willing to work with you.

Cons

- Team that i was working with has zilch technical knowledge. e.g asked an engineer whether he knows what is firmware and he said no. Actually, it is fine not to know, perhaps i have higher expectations of an engineering degree holder - AE turnover rate was high. --> i guess that speaks for itself - Senior staff exude the impression that they know it all - A higher executive staff employed his family member as a part-timer and working in the same office. --> in my opinion that is conflict of interest.

Pros

-Loads of responsibility bestowed upon you early on -Comfortable company culture with lower stress level than other tech companies -Highly communicative, ethical, and open senior management -Access to lots of internal training and employee development courses -A company that thinks of layoffs as a last resort, rather than a first option -Nice perks at the Austin office like on-site Doctor, 3 cafeterias, sand volleyball courts, and serene nature-surrounded campus

Cons

-Financial compensation is on the low end -Performance bonus is based on company performance, not personal performance.
