Pros

I've had great management through multiple positions. National Instruments has also been very good about providing above average support for both my professional and personal development.

Cons

I haven't had any bad experiencing with National Instruments thus far and, from the view of the organization as a whole, I doubt that I will in the near future either.

Good Culture for young engineers, a lot of very bright people. All about new product development

Becoming very pollitical and difficult to move up from inside the company

Pros

Great support from the management Colleagues who never stop trying to help A manager who is always ready to listen

Cons

The company is great in terms of benefits but monetarily, they could do better. This is just my personal opinion though !
