Pros

A good place to work with a lot of smart, nice people and an overall good atmosphere. There is a lot of room to grow in any direction you want, and the ability to work on many projects. A stable job, and good work life balance. Company culture is great.

Cons

Sometimes can feel a little bland. Nothing is wrong with the company or its direction, but it also doesn't seem as stand-out as it could be. Pay is also a little low for the area and type of work.
