Pros

It's a very laid-back work environment, and they give you a project to work on that is meaningful to what they're currently working on.

Cons

Not much to complain about, the pay is less than most other tech companies but that's made up by the living costs of Austin.

Pros

They are very flexible and seem to care about their employees. The one site medical center is really convenient. They really care about employee development and growth. The grounds are wooded and have really great walking trails.

Cons

The salaries are fairly conservative.
