Provide training and guidance to start career. Job scope is broad so you are able to work on a lot of aspects in a project.

Cons

Little bonuses, little increments. not the best in terms of compensation.

Pros

This community is absoluetly incredible. NI is full of kind, wonderful people always happy to help one another and quality work.

Cons

Leadership doesn't keep up with competitive pay. They are out of touch to the struggles of their people. There is a lot of trust lost at the company in general in the last few years. Like many tech companies, layoffs are now "normal". I would have recommended NI to anyone for years, but now it feels like a sinking ship.
