      Pros

      Good environment friendly people. Good place to start your career and gain experience. Relatively easy to get involved with areas you are interested about, and easy to try different positions.

      Cons

      Slaries are not really competitive. The yearly salary raises are low so you will find your salary less in accordance with your knowledge, experience. Also your knowledge can be so company specific that it might give a difficult time to go to another company.

      Pros

      Great culture and people! In my time working here, it's been generally goal- and results-oriented. I have not been micromanaged and I have been given freedom to creatively solve problems. I work with many people in many different departments, and 99% of them have been very competent and motivated.

      Cons

      From what I hear, most employees could get better pay elsewhere. Supposedly, the company is working on making this better lately.
