Pros

Been there 6 years. They continue to provide opportunities to advance my career. Growing and growing up fast

Cons

With the fast pace, the culture seems rapidly changing. Time will tell if this is sustainable to their long term success

Pros

Very high-end technology, people are always proud to talk about how innovative are NI products, I'm a fan no matter how long time it passes!

Cons

Salary is obviously far away compared with competitors. Low-ranked or non Engineering career doesn't have the same patch to grow up

Pros

Best company I have worked for. It is a place that strikes a good balance between your needs and the needs of other stakeholders.

Cons

Longer term career opportunities (7+ years experience) are more challenging, but I believe the company is actively trying to address the issues.
