Pros

Positive work atmosphere, terrific benefits

Cons

Pay is not as competitive as other companies with similar positions. Management knows this but instead of fixing the issue, they focus a majority of their resources on R&D and try to supplement the other departments with empty promises.

Pros

Teams generally are very nice. You can gel will with all the members. People are very friendly.

Cons

Work culture as a whole is not same for the entire company. It depends on the team. Career growth is also highly dependent on the team. Higher Management is not that approachable.
