Pros

Had a good culture when I was there in terms of management and how they treated us as employees and giving us resources. Most people were welcoming, the benefits were great, and campus was beautiful.

Cons

Some of the more senior engineers had a stuck up attitude and did an awful job of explaining things / training me on things that were so esoteric and company-specific, and then would complain I took time away from them, and act like I should know how to do it now. Additionally, the debug tools were so outdated and buggy, that at times I'd spend 70%-80% of my week debugging the debugger. Was an absolute headache of a job a lot of the time working in RF driver development.
