Pros

Amazing people, underdog mentality and "can do it" attitude made for an awesome place to start my career and learn the ropes. In the end it was the culture and the people that kept me coming back.

Cons

The founders vision, leadership and strategy wasn't quite enough to take the company much beyond $1B. After getting stuck, the typical cycle of rotating CEO's and strategy led to layoffs and ultimately, acquisition.

Pros

Decent salary, several company benefits

Cons

-Moving to full ON SITE workflow. -Since the Emerson acquisition things just keep getting worse.

Pros

Good culture and good people

Cons

Since Emerson is the owner they implement a 4 days on site shift as prize (after we have great metrics going just 1 day on site). Your voice will not be heard since Emerson do what they want. Emerson eliminate many of the benefits. This was a great place to work even 1 year ago right now I do not recommend it.
