Pros

Genuine investment into employees. Fantastic exposure into the engineering world for a new graduate or intern. Despite having proprietary software and hardware, the concepts are ubiquitous throughout the engineering world and are hugely transferable into other companies. Very friendly atmosphere with good people, you will enjoy going to work!

Cons

I wouldn't plan to have a full career there! The business model is good but opportunities for progression are low. Any route upward from your first role will be through sales which can be technical but is not an engineering role in my opinion. Unless you are particularly suited to the company I would think of the job as a stepping stone rather than your new career.

Pros

Open minded colleagues and broad-based products with a good welfare policy, healthy working environment, relaxed atmosphere and helpful supervisors who is willing to help subordinates

Cons

Less than industry average salary and there is no extra pay for overtime works which is silly for an usual working hour around 12 per day
