      Pros

      Colleagues are very welcoming, and the working environment is conducive. So far workload for my position is also very manageable, with a very good pay.

      Cons

      Maybe because I am a fresh graduate, so I do feel like job level progression is a bit slow, and not neccesarrily those with better performance progresses.
