Pros

Working environment is amazing. I get the chance to learn a lot from this company. The leadership team did really well in term of providing needs for our growth.

Cons

Nothing much I can say about the Cons during my time in this role. However, I would expect more prompt action taken for any enquiries or issues raised so that we can provide better customer experience towards our stakeholder.

Pros

1. Direct managers are very concerned about employees' well-being 2. Being a broad-base test & measurement (T&M) company, working for NI can have exposure to a diverse range of applications across many industries

Cons

Broad-base means an employee can be asked to work on too many disparate things, need to work with manager to identify and protect some focus areas
