Pros

- Immediate teammates and managers were all brilliant, competent and kind - Pay eventually became competitive - Personally, I had many internal opportunities and managers were helpful in changing some career direction

Cons

- Constant organizational change and churn - Always touting "Employee Talent", then laying off highly experienced and valued employees - I was repeatedly put on small teams where I had the least amount of experience
