The company has a big tech dept, there are too many rules, some old habits never change...

The culture in the company is great, the schedules are very flexible and allow to have really good work-life balance, you get to learn very useful skills that are applicable to any other company.

Cons

The salary is below market average, although they have good benefits it is still below average. People become laid back in an environment without pressure.
