Pros

Many talented and technically savvy engineers to work with. The knowledge is shared between peoples and teams without restrictions. The work/life balance is great.

Cons

Almost no feedback on performance and you may end up sidelined if you are doing just your job.

Pros

Management tries to be open, honest, flexible Company is generally stable due to financial model. As with any growing company, there are pain points and opportunities Several very technical leaders Great people to work with / culture of knowledge sharing, not hiding knowledge for fear of losing job security.

Cons

Sometimes management is overly optimistic / altruistic. Career opportunities from applications engineering to R&D are still a very big pain point. Tangible benefits (e.g. salary) on low side as a consequence of aforementioned business decisions to remain stable.
