      Pros

      Young and smart peers, decent technology, ok work life balance.

      Cons

      NIL growth opportunities. The management seems to be just pushing people around trying to extend their roles with no real growth opportunities. The seniors I look upto are also struggling to make a career. No accountability in management, if a decision did not click, no one is answerable, just carry on like another day at work.

      Cons

      slightly unorganized, hard to define the responsibility belonging, and probably need a well-developed knowledge management system to enhance the forecast growth
