      - Fun office culture on the ELP floor - Challenging meaningful work for interns - Strong mentorship and leadership of interns - Good exposure to company on large scale

      Cons

      - Limited opportunities in division, may not get first choice for main project - Although well done, there is a lot of training in the beginning of the internship

      Amazing culture, very helpful and inviting

      Performance feedback at the end of the internship was kinda lacking. Felt like I didn't really know how well I did in their eyes.

      Pros

      Pays well, laid back work atmosphere, everyone is friendly and ready to help, lots of training provided by other ELPs.

      Cons

      Phone support can be a pain, but once you get the hang of it it is not so bad. Eventually you get used to it and get interesting calls.
