Pros

I like my boss. Everyone else is okay.

Cons

Most hourly employees are no longer eligible for a bonus. Changed insurance and pharmacy benefit providers without explaining too well how much certain drug costs would increase.

Pros

Slow paced, allows for some flexibility.

Cons

Pay. They were known to pay less but have stability and great work life balance. After the acquisition, all their top performing employees left because they have layoffs every 3-4 months consistently since the closing of the acquisition. Less people means more work on the employees still there, salary is still much lower compared to the industry average. PTO and other benefits have also lowered since. People were happy to take the lower pay cut for the lifestyle offered here, but now you are paid less than everyone else for the same if not more work. No longer worth it.
