      Great, intelligent and smart people to work with

      Over a period of years, there has been more talking and less doing. There is an increased focus but the innovation needed to back that focus is not moving at a fast pace.

      Pros

      The people and culture were the main reasons I enjoyed working at National Instruments. I have made lifelong friends and contacts, which I am very grateful for.

      Cons

      I found advancement a bit challenging from my own experience and that of others. Many were able to do much better after leaving and being rehired.
