Pros

Work Life balance, No office politics

Cons

Salary is the biggest concern here. Annual Increment is only around 7 percent for 85% ppl. Even promotion increments is only around 10%. Don't join as lateral hire thinking about career growth. NI don't trust laterals hires.

Pros

Opportunity to work with smart people. Office location. (Bangalore)

Cons

Carrier growth is very less especially for a computer science professional after around 5-7 years in the company. Management is shamelessly biased towards few people. If you are in the good books of your manager you are recognized extensively even when you are doing average work. Otherwise there is no recognition. Management in Bangalore seem to focus only on short term results. There is a lack of long term vision. Many teams in Bangalore do not have any challenging work, which could be depressing for a core technical person after some time in the company.
