When employees have pride in FFA and its mission makes for a great work environment. Work/Life balance is not just a saying. FFA's leadership makes it known that they want their employees to practice work/life balance. During these difficult times with COVID-19, FFA has kept all their employees and allowed employees to work from home for our safety. (An organization that cares.) Amazing benefits from the amount of paid holidays, amount of paid time off employees earn, health insurance, competitive pay and retirement options with matching.

Cons

There has to be some cons; however, nothing that is coming to mind at this time.

Sometimes hard to move agendas forward, employees who have been there a long time are sometimes too set in their ways and not open to change
