Flat organization, outstanding collaboration between teams, priorities are clear, very little politics. The company truly cares about the employees and the benefits package illustrates that point.

Cons

The work can be challenging (this could also be a pro) and sometimes, due to the situation, you can work a lot of extra hours. But, that is not the normal case.
