Pros
I have worked for service companies, start up and big corporate as well as eda and nvidia was place where I felt the best. Flexibility, easy to manage your work hours as per your convenience no micro management Openness, people like to share knowledge and help each other. Minimal to no politics, based depend on group but most of group I worked with are cool and accommodating without playing games
Cons
Hardly any just sometime work schedule and timeline gets hectic but that wasn’t exception at any other place either where I worked
