Very flexible org structure can give you visibility and opportunity to deliver impact. There's a lot of work so lots of opportunity to step up and get scope/visibility

Cons

Pretty tough to navigate at times. Not much guidance or protection from senior management. Not many opportunities for mentorship. Better if latter in your career or strong self driven passion. Special note on front loaded vesting... there's no guarantee in your comp, so when you negotiate/think about your total comp, average the 4 years out, your first 2 years is no guarantee on comp / your comp can actually go down even if you're performing fine.

Work life balance is poor [no wfh plus weekend works, they can ping you anytime 24hr] Culture is toxic Always pressure is on you, people talk about your negatives always never abt positives.
