High intensity, good work and good standard benifits, tempered by mediocre quality of daily life.

Pros

The work can be intense and interesting and it's rewarding that people love the products.

Cons

The quality of life is only fair. Long hours, very male engineer dominated. Little to speak of in terms of on site amenities or social opportunities. Compensation is only average for the area and the hours. The stock has been flat for years, making the typical RSU stock rewards and employee stock purchase plans in lieu of raises a disappointing incentive, especially as the RSUs vest over four years.

In NVIDIA, you never think you are alone, peoples working here always help each and provide enough support. I like the company culture.

Cons

Not like facebook and other big company, the lunch is not free here, although the dinner is very cheap, you just pay 1 dollar for the first food box.
