Pros
One of the most promising IT company. Great technologies and bright future ahead.. NVIDIA sometimes feels like a family and it's a silicon valley company, with its positive attitude towards employee. There is hype inside the company towards its technology, and we're talking about something pleasant like gaming and cool like professional graphic.
Cons
Small structure in europe that doesnt allow internal growth easily. The team is small and most of people are ineducated, lacking university level culture. Most of high level people in europe are there because they joined at the early days. Sometimes NVIDIA is kind of "load, aim, aim, aim, aim, aim, aim, shoot".
