      * Given more responsibility than previous internships * Able to draft design documents and practice business communication skills * Treated like a full employee, not just an intern with a side project * Supportive team

      Pros

      Nvidia is one of the biggest companies in Pune and offers probably the best salary in that city. The work culture is good, flexible timings, but most employees do not show up for work till almost 11am. Since the day starts late for most employees, it ends as late at 9pm (9pm would be considered an early day I suppose).

      Cons

      Since it is an off-shore development center, there isn't a lot of innovation happening here. Mostly the job would include doing high visibility bug fixes.
