Employee discounts, aside from that, there's nothing more.

Cons

This company has been deceiving applicants into saying they will be paid this much but in reality, the pay is terrible. Upon realizing that they won't be staying true to their word, I didn't waste my time and left my job here. Lying is a clear indicator that you don't respect employees and you'd prefer to take advantage rather than to be fair and pay what is due.

The pay is better than my past job.

Cons

They pile on so much work on one individual daily that finishing it off can be a cahllenge. Most people leave the office late often, and still, they leave the work half done. The management seems incapable of deciding which employee can do what amounts of work. It's frustrating.

Pros

While it is already a fruitful experience in itself to learn about the different areas of auto repair and more, it is also rewarding to collaborate with a talented pool of professionals who are serious and passionate about what they do. They are self-motivated and reliable. They encourage me to maximize my capabilities. I also acquired updated skills and knowledge because of my hands-on exposure in various interesting projects. The commission, on top of our good pay structure, is also pretty decent. Our management is great for making sure that we are all under the best conditions.

Cons

There are seasons with a high volume of work.
