The pay, when I say pay, I mean the bonus pay, and that's only if you're killing it in sales, if it's mediocre sales, your making less the $700 a week for 50-65 hrs a week!!!!.

Cons

The hours, upper management, restrictions on vacation, weekends, and salary.

I get to fix cars and help people. NTB is the place to go if you want to learn something new. This was the perfect fit for me since I get paid for something I love to do.
