Hands on experience, plenty of overtime and decent pay after some time.

Cons

Low pay, upper management has zero interest in retention, or staying competitive to keep good employees.Very unsafe practices and poor equipment as well.Will push you to work well above 45-50 hours.

Great work out because it is so strenous, and no one helps you.

Cons

Very repressive environment in terms of pay or career advancement. Job is very physically demanding, you'll get very and sweaty. Often felt overworked and bossed around throughout the whole day. Very little guidance on behalf of the management. Overall, this is a numbers driven company which takes toll on retaining of employees. Just keep looking elsehwere.
