The management lies to you at the time of hiring. They just want everyone to push sales and give no value to customer relationships. The scheduled are often decided without the consent of the staff, and everyone is expected to just agree to whatever their managers decide.

You can build great working relationships among other store employees, and gain automotive experience.

Cons

Service managers, store managers, and district managers could not care less about you or your career. I had a great store manager at the end, but overall the corporate structure feeds off your cheap labor.
