Pros

Large company that has great vision on being the go-to service provider and they spend money on appearances to show that.

Cons

Lack of support to hire staff. Store managers are responsible for finding, recruiting, and hiring all of their team members. They had "recruiters" but I do not believe one every helped me hire a single associate.

Pros

The coworkers were great and you get some downtime.

Cons

The money is terrible. One customers bill can cover payroll for the day of the entire shop. No work fridge, water cooler, or raises. Moving up means making $4 more on that car only I.e. brakes, rotors, alignments.
