There's plenty of benefits but you have to be with the company for at least a year.

Cons

There's always pressure at work because I've been to other companied before this, but the pressure here is on a different level. It's not only the pressure for you to get sales but also with your personality and how you interact with the managers and who you know in the company as well. It's hard.
