1. Working with talented professionals makes the completion and overall result good. 2. Rewarding commission structure and competitive salary 3. Motivating management, with fair policies, and employee welfare priority 4. Chance to enhance skills, gain new expertise, and even create an impressive portfolio 5. Great list of benefits including but not limited to PTOs, trainings, health coverage, paid vacations, and more.

Lots of work to do.

Cons

Upper management does not care about you at all. All stores are short staffed and if someone calls in, you're instructed to deal with it. They preach a work/life balance but in reality they only believe in t if you're an area manager or above.
